On February 12, 2026, The Dean’s Office of the School of Health Science participated in the
“Innovation for Work Efficiency Enhancement 2026” competition. The team presented their project entitled “Strategic KPI and Operational Plan Management System Based on Mission: SHS Information Hub.”
The project was presented by Miss Suparporn Tati and Mr.Chinnachote Thippayasri, under the supervision and academic guidance of Dr.Saharat Arreeras, Associate Dean School of Health Science.
The SHS Information Hub was developed as a system for monitoring and evaluating Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) of the School. It
serves as a central database to support executive decision-making and enhances
administrative processes throughout the fiscal year. The system enables timely performance reporting, progress tracking, and effective problem resolution.
Participation in this event reflects the School’s strong commitment to promoting and supporting support staff in utilizing Knowledge Management (KM) as an essential tool for improving work quality and organizational development. It also fosters knowledge-sharing networks within the University, contributing to sustainable and effective organizational advancement.
