Bachelor’s degree in health sciences (Public Health, MD, Nursing, Pharmacy, etc.) with a GPA ≥ 2.50.

GPA < 2.50 with ≥ 2 years of relevant experience and certification from an employer.

An admission exam is required for all applicants.
